Went there during lunch for some dim sum and I was not disappointed. I ordered siu mai, har kau, egg custard bun (melted centre one), plain Cheung fun, fried cuttlefish cake and dry fried beef ho fun. Loved their siu mai, egg custard bun and Cheung fun. Never had a "bouncy" (彈牙) pork siu mai, and the egg custard bun filling is a decent portion too, and can see there are chopped up salted egg yolk inside. The Cheung fun is really soft and chewy (軟綿綿). Got a feeling that they made the majority of the dim sum themselves. The ho fun is also a similar texture to the Cheung fun, so that is probably homemade too, as the size is thicker than the one you normally buy in those Chinese supermarkets. After eating the dim sum, I was not thirsty at all, so that's a good sign that the food isn't too salty or a strong presence of msg. The price isn't too expensive, at least it's cheaper than the one I normally go to in Southampton. So I will definitely come back for some more dim sum in the future.
Very nice Chinese food with a lot of options. Two of our family were vegetarians and this restaurant catered everyone well. The Ho Fun, Tofu and Egg Custard Bun are highly recommended. The services were also excellent. We should come back. Many thanks!

We stumbled upon this place on our holiday to Bournemouth, and I am so delighted. I was raised in Hong Kong, and it's very hard to find authentic tasting food outside of a really good China Town or those restaurants attached to big Chinese supermarkets. This food was awesome. The rice and mostly the noodles. The roast pork (cha siu) was not bad, but the beef ho fun was epic. If we weren't leaving today, I'd be back there for dinner tonight to try something else. We went early and I was a bit worried it was empty but soon people arrived and all those who sat down were Chinese too....that's a great sign of great food!
The food was absolutely amazing! Delicious pork udon noodles and tender chicken. Only one waitress, so our drinks took some time but we didn't mind! Lovely atmosphere too, a cosy family run restaurant. Food is able to be taken away as well. Spring rolls were a bit pricey, 4.20 for 2 pieces.
We were pleasantly surprised by this small Chinese restaurant with basic traditional set up within a short walk to Bournemouth seafront. We ordered a selection of dim sum and found that they were all by the restaurant chef (unlike some served the bulk bought frozen dim sum). Super impressed by their freshly made prawn cheong fun and king prawn egg sauce ho fun. They made the ho fun themselves and we could certainly taste the freshness. The food was so lovely we ordered a takeaway tofu and seafood with rice which was absolutely delicious. The dishes we tasted were better than from the London China Town restaurants. Highly recommended.
